It’s terrible, it prompts everytime for username and password, country – why does it not store the settings?! How does anyone remember what username and password they put in? So i register again, and then it says wrong account. all i want to do is configure the bean adapt – it’s quite simple 2 parameters!!!! I have to laugh, because 8 permutations of grinding and it’s called “bean adapt”!
But anyone – why can’t i just do it on the coffee machine itself instead of having to open up this useless app which all it does track usage and is of help to anyone – and as stated above I can’t log into anyway!!!

My coffee link app has had problems since the update months ago – its terribly slow & now not working at all. I deleted app & reloaded it to my iphone and have a strong wifi but nothing does find the machine now at all. Very disturbing – customer service never answers and neither does the emails to support. Very annoying on an expensive machine.

Delonghi coffee link instalado no telemovel via play store, dá erro e não liga á Delonghi. O meu telemóvel tem android 12, wifi 2.4 e 5g e o wifi tem 400 mb.
coffee link 4.x completely broken. One of the worst version.
Version 3.0.11 was able to find the machine over bluetooth (though quite slow), with verson 4.x it is unable to find the machine. (The app also forgot the login information that was in the 3.0.11 app)
Unable to find old version to gain functionality back. Please fix the issue (many others have reported the same on the itunes reviews for the app) or provide a way to revert back to 3.0.11.
At this point lost most hope that this will ever work again.

App connects via Bluetooth to machine, allows me to turn it on, but when I ask it to prepare a cup, 9 times out of 10 it tells me that there are errors that I have to fix. But when I got to the machine it is fine – no errors. Sometimes it makes the cup anyway, but most times not.

When connecting to the coffee machine and after entering the code it comes up with a display to select the WIFI network, as soon we type the first letter of the WIFI password the app crashes and goes to searching for WIFI, it doesn’t allow us to use it with the app. Could you assist please

Unable to connect to wifi through app, I select the wifi, then when I try to type in password it will only let me type in the first character before it starts synchronising but won’t connect because obviously the password is incorrect, I’ve tried on both iPhone and iPad with the same issue.
App asks for wifi password but as soon as I type one letter the app moves onto machine/ app data sync and the hangs. I will be returning Delonghi Prima Donna soul if I can’t resolve.

I’m having the same problem, and I think your solution is the best. Return the product and create a youtube video to let everyone know this is ‘customer experience rubbish’.
P001 error similar to other reports. App dropped out after connecting to Prima Donna Soul, brand new machine. Disappointing for a new expensive machine. Delonghi time to sort it out.
