I have a problem with the Dunkin Donuts app on Android continually (every few days) logging out. This would be OK, if logging in didn’t require reverifying my phone number every time. It’ s really in your interest to fix this, because the verification takes a minute while I’m holding up the line at the register.
BTW, I really don’t see what added security you get by verifying that the phone number of the phone I’m using the app on is correct. If a bad actor has the phone, texting a code to that number doesn’t make it more secure.
DD APP won;t open

DD PERKS AP won’t open on my android phone. I’ve been using it for a couple of years with no problems. I got a new phone in Oct 2021 and all was fine up until a couple weeks ago in mid Jan 2022. Now the DD PERKS AP repeatedly will not open. How can I fix this problem?

So my app glitched while I was trying to use the free drink option. I ordered a donut, bagel and drink, but the bagel disappeared and the order got submitted.
The order was:
Spider donut: 1.99
Iced signature latte: 2.04 (had milk sub. And extra shot)
The receipt said the total was: 6.02
With an additional 50 cent tax making the total 6.52, however this doesn’t had up to the correct amount as you can see.
