Without having done anything, the account of some users of Word Domination seems to have suddenly disappeared. The exact reason for this problem is unknown to us, but there is a solution!
The Word Domination development team knows the problem and has fixed it with the last update. However, in some cases the update doesn’t seem to have made any changes. What exactly is the cause is not yet known, but the team is already working on a solution so that you do not have to perform a new installation. If you don’t want to wait that long, you should proceed as follows:
If you don’t want to wait, you should completely uninstall the Word Domination app and then reinstall the game so that the error is corrected. In this case, however, you will likely need to restore your account as well.
Restore account instructions
If your Word Domination account is already assigned to an email address , you can restore your account. To do this, go to “Settings” in the app and then to “Restore account“. There you then enter the email address associated with your account.
In the next step, a code will be sent to you by email. As soon as you have received the code, go to “Settings” and then to “Link device“, select “New device” and enter Enter the code from the email.
If you have no e-mail linked to your account or if you do not have any other access, then contact Word Domination Support. However, the team will then need as much of the following information as possible to find and verify your account:
- Username and hashtag number
- Copy of the profile picture used
- Gem / coin balance
- Favorite booster
- Level
- Trophies
- any other information you can remember
Unfortunately, if you didn’t have a link via email before, things get pretty complicated. Alternatively, you can just wait and hope that the problem will resolve itself with the next update.
