This game is a SCAM. Don’t waste your money because they will block your account whenever they feel. Dont waste your time 50 ads a day to level up. Find another game that actually has tech support or a bit of English on their website.

I received a message a couple of weeks ago, (my user is #7334) saying that you had detected time differences and had accused me of trying to manipulate these so that I could gain more rewards. You threatened to delete my account if I “didn’t take the game seriously and did that again.” I can assure you that all I did was go on holiday to NZ for 6 weeks (time difference 13hrs compared to the UK)!! Has it occurred to you that people who play the game may want to play it when they are abroad and therefore the time automatically adjusts to where you are? It has nothing to do with trying to manipulate the game to gain an advantage because unlike a lot of the teens today (I’m over 50!), I have a life and don’t live on my phone.
I suggest that before you accuse and assume the user is cheating, you actually find out why there was a discrepancy on the time difference, because going on holiday is not cheating and your message, via the game, was massively offensive and completely wrong!

Is there a fix to the «no connection» issue that so many have postes about? Ingvar had the same and the account is now also locked. Support said – delete app and start over from a different device… that is ridiculous – this will be the downfall of the app if this is the answer – seeing from below people have spent money on this game as well, which is not great if you have to start over without a refund – let alone losing all your progress.

Everything I open the game and try to upgrade, got a message that Internet connection is required to perform the action.
When I win and collect gems from leaderboard (from playing the 4 side missions) the collected gems don’t show up on the total number of gems I have (as if it is not collected, even though visual display shows pictures of gems being added to the total number of gems I have, the total number does not change.)
Restarting the phone didn’t do anything and this happened for the last two leadership cycles which is every 7 days.

For internet problems just uninstall and reinstall. It worked for me.
And a lot of the time doing so will result in losing all progress! I spent over 180 hours in this game and one day it randomly popped up and said that my I’d was locked and they won’t even look at it… This is crap!

Last week, on the single player leader board, I took 2 gold and one bronze medal positions. This means I should receive 250 gems. The game gave me a message to pick up my gems and I did so… I even saw the gems graphically fly up to the top bar…
The only problem is that my bar (dog tag/coin/wrench/gem) at the top of the screen did not change… I was not actually given the gems. I checked the message board and it says I received them… but I have not. I took screen shots before and during the process that proves what I just said.
I played a few missions to see if the bar was working and it was. I then watched a few adds to see if the dog tag/coin/wrench/gem bar at the top worked and it did. I just did not get credit for winning at Bombing, Protect, and Assault mission… 250 gems!
Who do you contact to get this corrected. I am not going to play a game that cheats or is buggy and can’t be corrected. It takes to long to accomplish goals and to be counting on gems for purchases and then not get them.
