The issue I’ve been having for months is there is no directional pointer when I point to the ball. You get the red circle, when you aim at your opponents ball, right? Well, I get that circle when I aim at my balls but it’s white and does not have that extra aligning pointer to help with aiming. Occasionally, it will work properly but I’d say 90% of the time it does not. It makes no difference who initiates the game. I can play the game but, it makes sinking a ball extremely difficult. My android phone is updated, I access it via facebook, cleared cache n cookies several times, and I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Thank you

Algorithm for breaking. I’m not sure what algorithm you use for which player breaks but I think it needs to be changed. Out of 5 games in a row, I got to break once. Two of the times my opponent got a break and run. This does not seem fair. Out of 5 games I should get to break at LEAST twice. Something needs to be done.

After the update it said to install, all my cues are black and I’m only able to use the beginner cue. I own a bunch if cues I’ve paid for. What do I do? I’ve restarted my phone several times to no avail.

Force of of cue is not stable can’t set the amount as I can’t see the tip of cue becoz it moves while with my finger.
The force I apply keeps changing sometimes I can see the stick and how much force I am applying and sometimes the tip of stick moves with my finger and I can’t see how much force I am putting. Making it difficult to take a shot with specific force.
