The app keeps freezing when watching on my Amazon fire stick. I can’t play anything?

Hi,

My Crunchyroll App keeps crashing on my TV. Whenever I sign in and click on an episode, the episode will play for about two minutes before it freezes and I get kicked off the App and get an error code message. I have tried reinstalling the app and updating it but nothing seems to work. I am using an Amazon Firestick if that helps.

THe new update crashes before it gets past the title screen. At least befre the update if I kept starting it 3 4 or 5 time It would play one or 2 episodes. But now no matter what I do it will not get past the title screen. Sometimes it will crash and mostly it just hangs and I have to force close. And for God sakes why isn’t the filter thing on the search screen not on the TV version. It’s basically useless for somebody like me that’s only interested in dub content since No one I your country every allows you to sort by language I assume you Don want that big America money if none of your streaming companies has bothered introduce a feature to search by language. I don’t understand why spend the money t have all your contént re dubbed in a forign language to reach a bigger audience and then leave no way to find it once it posted. Seems like somebody needs to be fired if I spent all that money and some racist dsvelopedidnt put a link to the content I would fire him it’s either that or stupidity either way sombody is getting fired. Because your losing all that money you could have taken from hulu and Netflix a year before they even have the media to stream. It’s a no Brainer for them you look for dub and it pulls every show that’s dubbed in a search not 5% f the shows andsnce its been a year or two they get he shows at a discount rate from you and make a killing because they know this is America this is Germany… Make sure they can find it in thier language. I know you know what I’m saying now go do the right thing and fire the guy that said it’s too hard cause it’s not and he screwed you bottom Line. Screwed us as customers too but we aren’t the boss you are. Any ways fix the TV app please thanks. I’m Jing nvidia shield android 9 and one on Android 11. The number one TV box to this day best money can buy. But your app is just to much for it so what am I supposed o watch it on my phone naa just watch something else if it can’t be fixed.
