Open your online banking on your computer.
Go to the Sicherheitverfahren
Then go to PhotoTAN Verfahren Verlwalten
And then delete all mobiles that you have so far activated from the top of the page.
Then reactivate all mobiles.
This worked for me.

What I guess is, the aspect ratio of the diplay causes this problem.
The new smartphone has a display aspect ratio of 21:9. Therefore phototan looks like stretched according to the aspect ratio.
Are there any setting to solve this problem?
