MY game wouldn’t response to any thing I touched. This is the second time i send in this complaint. I was supposed to go into the general store to claim the chic cat, that Zynga owed me. Then the problem started. I had tried force stop, uninstalled and reinstalled, to no avail. This frozen moment from you made me couldn’t claim my daily chestbox, couldn’t feed the animal costume show for the boat race, can’t compete the country fair and the fathers day. You know quite well the deadline and the things I missed or lost if I don’t come to game daily. I had waited for half a day for zynga to troubleshoot my set so I could resumes and continues the lost time. But no response from your side. Truly disappointing. And because the set isn’t responding at all, I can’t even send you this complaint within the game.

I’ve got the same issue. I get to the point where the power up symbol goes on the screen and then it disappears along with everything else. It’s just the screen.
