I have been playing Golf Rival for well over a year now. Making excellent progress, following tips from the masters and worked my way to obtaining Bat Wings 4 and Earth 7. I was urged by you to sign in with Facebook, a thing never ever bothered with. However, I finally signed in, was rewarded with gifts but my clubs values decreased to Bat Wings 2 and Earth 6. No amount of gifts can replace all my hard work to achieve getting these clubs. Can you help, please.
The free reward adverts sometimes don’t work. When clicked the screen goes black for approximately 5 seconds then returns to the previous screen. The adverts don’t play and I don’t get the rewards. Then occasional it will play one but it takes several hours and hundreds of attempts to collect what should take 5 mins.
Need to either move the “Opponent Disconnected” message during game play or fix the inability to change club trajectory for your shot since it covers this club area and prevents proper gameplay of your shot and has caused me to lose games for people that use it on purpose to keep you from being able to make your last shot.
In game purchase, I purchased a phoenix club for 1900 gems and didn’t give me the club.
When I played against someone it will give me a box saying check your internet connection and try again
Can’t find opponents
I can get golf rival to completely load up and appear ready to play but when I try to play stages, it wont give me an opponent. I’ve cleared cache and restarted my android and it still won’t let me play.
Cannot play any holes on arena or standard gameplay. Just stuck with going round in circles. Tested different devices and with and without Wi-Fi to eliminate possible issues so must be something in app

Hello, my clubs are not changing, I have a whale 7 and I list it as the club I want to use with my Bat wing but the club stays on Earth, I tried to clear my cache and restart the game but it doesn’t change the the whale club
I bought a new Samsung phone and AT&T transfered all my data over to my new phone, but all of my history with Golf Rivals has disappeared. All the money I paid for clubs, balls etc has been lost. I am back to beginning level. I want my status and gear back.
No one gets back to me about being relegated to the bottom of infant when you don’t play every day. I was in the hospital for serious operation about 3 weeks. All my work to get my stats up (AGAIN) went to the bottom. It’s frustrating and very unfair. Used to love the game, now it’s how much can you spend, you are a nobody. Put a damn pause on stats within a time frame if not played, within a reasonable date.

Me too, just recently the sound does not work in the game, but when their loaded videos show up for bonuses then the sound works

I get “Videos have not been loaded yet” about 99% of the time. When I do get a video to load, I still don’t get the reward because the “X / Reward Granted” button doesn’t respond.
Interrupts my turn when I’m setting up a shot, penalizes me a stroke and gives the opponent next shot. Opponent has all the time in the world to setup shots, time never runs out!

My gf and I LOVE this game and have been playing for quite some time. My gf is on level 15 but she’s getting discouraged because a few weeks ago while she was playing, this mysterious music started playing while she was trying to collect coins. I have tried everything I know to get rid of it but to no avail. I’m thinking it’s a virus but am too afraid to delete it because she has worked so hard to get where she is and I don’t want her to lose everything. Please help!!!

Constantly losing games due to reconnecting issues. By the time it reconnects, (if it even does) then my time has run out before I can make my shot…so then I lose. Happens 5 times out of 10. Please fix this problem. And BTW…I have Starlink internet which is very good so that’s not the problem. Only happens since Golf Rival updated last time. Will quit playing and delete app if it doesn’t get fixed….and it’s been my favorite game.

Login failed. Check network connection. I get this error when trying to login with Facebook. I’ve tried clearing cache, data, uninstalling/re-installing the game and restarting phone. Nothing seems to be working.

When I click on the rewards that show video adverts it turns the App off and I have to reload the game everytime, even when I click on the double rewards it does the same . If the video is not ready it used to come up in a message to say so but now annoyingly it just turns off the game
You guys created a great golf game then you went and fuc*ed it up. You hammer your good paying customer with shot clocks that aren’t worth a damn and and throw unbelievable wind making it impossible to win. Guess what, you fuc*ed me for the last time….I quit and recommend all my friends do the same!

Deleted your game again today .. most of the time I enjoy playing it but it gets into these ruts where nearly every shot is full into the wind to force use of a special ball .. I understand you make money off selling them but I can’t always afford them on a fixed income and when the game gets into that full head wind rut the game sucks without them .. the reason I deleted the game today was glitches on the cursor during putting .. happened once during the tournament that cost me the next level rewards, and a couple times later during regular play .. since I’m already on a rant, your matching terrible at times .. how you can match people with clubs twice the size as the other player.. I simply forfeit those along with the dozens of head on winds when I don’t have the specialty balls .. if you look at my history you’ll see that .. I lost 3k + points just on those today .. don’t expect anything to change, just wanted to unload a bit .. thanks for your time
When I open the app it just sits on the “Checking for Updates…” screen but never opens. I checked the App Store and there are no updates for it currently. I have disconnected my WiFi and tried just using mobile data. This doesn’t fix it. I have restarted my phone and still nothing. It’s been like this for 2 days. Please help!

Just lost a Batwing card. On my new account and finally had enough between coins and using gems to purchase card so I did. After purchasing card I had noticed I unlocked an active quest (use 600 Gems) that in turn allowed me to unlock the Legendary chest in Rewards. When I unlocked the chest it was another Batwing. When I went to upgrade Batwing there was only one of my 2 cards available. After upgrading it states 0/4 towards level 2. Has anyone had this happen to them and is there anyone to contact to help with this lost card?

i bought 1600 gems from store to purchase an upgrade for batwing to bump me up from 1 out of 4 to 2 out of 4. After upgrading batwing with 1600 gems, the upgrade doesnt reflect as the batwing still says 1 out of 4 instead of 2 out of 4.

Just noticed today that Golf Rival tries to open but shuts down again. If you go to clear cache or clear data in the Golf Rival apps settings, it will then load, but then do the same thing all over again after you’ve finished playing for the day. I don’t want to have to clear data every time I want to play.. Any ideas on what the issue is.?.. And my WiFI and data has very good connection.

I have the exact same problem as reported by the user Ralph Marktanner only yesterday. I also only get a dark sky/stars perspective (regardless which level I try) and have no view on the course, etc.

Only dark sky/stars perspective can be seen during match in level 13 (did not try other levels) but no view on the course, opponents clubs and balls can be seen while making adjustments with the clubs. Often the opponents shoot does not finish – only “synchronizing”. I cleared the cache, I reloaded the app several times and I restarted the iphone. Nothing helped. All after the latest update. Please advise.
