Hi,I use kindle fire 10 with a 32 th memory card to give me extra memory. I have just added update now game will not load. Goes to G5 blue page then start getting loading bar up to 100% then reverts back to my sta n card home screen. I have tried uninstalling a n d reloading but still getting the same issue.

My game was was working fine until the latest update it just came on my pc säen Download now pressed the on screen button wich then took me to a u tube showing a preview of the latest update of the new adventure that’s when things went wrong my game was on the screen has normal only there was a white band with the words DOWNLOAD ,and try has many times would not go off the screen to play the game if I put my finger on the DOWNLOAD I could move it all over my screen could even push it out of sight but made no difference my game wouldn’t play .That’s when I uninstalled it and reinstalled it now its coming up error please help I have built my game up for 5years would be devastated to lose it all
One day the game works, next it doesn’t. It loads pops up either to buy items or the page where you get a reward for each day you log on. When I try to click ok or X out of either of them nothing happens. I can hear the music, see the background but am unable to click to get off either one of those screens.
