I am currently in a location where I do not get internet often. As such I love that this game can be played offline with mostly no issue. One issue I have had on repeated occasions now however is with the adventures. I start an adventure and the next time I go onto the app the adventure is gone and so are the map pieces I collected or bought to start it. This has been happening since I started playing the game over 6 months ago and no update has fixed this yet and is frustrating as the adventures take so long I can’t keep the app open the whole time.
i have spun the lucky wheel LITERALLY 35 times and it has not landed on 4 once. it’s easy stats to know that’s a .9% chance of that occurring, obviously showing you’re gouging your players for ads. i would actually watch the ads throughout the game if it weren’t for this. i’ve spent $60 the last week on this game, i can’t imagine how much you lose from people realizing this as well.

I played for such a long time to earn enough to move to next level (deeper waters). I was almost there when a glitch caused me to lose most of the progress/earnings. I started over. I have played for more than a month trying to reach the 50 Dec needed to move on. It took so long just to get to 1.0 Dec. I figured in approximately 2 more weeks I should finally get there. Well tonight, another glitch and I lost everything again. To say I’m angry and frustrated doesn’t cover it. I have reached out for support twice on Lion Studios but never get any reply. I also tried to contact them about their game Merge Life. I paid for an event related package for $19.99. It gave me 20 event tokens. I was only able to use 8 before the event page glitched. I hoped they would respond/fix issue before the event ended but no. I wasted all that money to be kicked out of event and unable to finish. I have spent a LOT of money on both games. They really should assign someone to handle and respond to such issues. Other developers have always fixed or reimbursed in some form.
Ads do not load properly and I’ve lost tons of money as a result – it’s quite annoying even after restarts!!!

Game crash/restart if touch/swipe bottom area of my Iphone XS
I play this game about 2 months and just found this is not normal.
The game will crash when I swipe to home screen, or pick up a call.
And when I return game, it will restart and every move I made before will gone.
Opened gift, new perk, upgrade…etc and the consumed money/gem will also gone.
I already try remove the game and reinstall it, and restart my phone and not help.
This trouble me a long time, and also cause my perk level 45 but only 25 gems even perk reset.
