I have been using Insight Timer for years. Recently I am unable to use some of my favourite meditations. I get a message to say something went wrong and to re try but that doesn’t work. The timer itself doesn’t work. All other features work including guided meditations. I want to use the timer for my own meditation sessions. I have tried hard rebooting my phone, but that didn’t work. If I delete the app and reload, I’ll lose years of data. Help! Thanks so much!

Every time I try to sign in… it starts with the daily quote and goes to the main page and suddenly crashes and i him myself kicked off and needing to log back in… over and over and over
I can’t reset thé Timer anymore… So I can only use the guided meditations.
I am getting feedback about server problems whenever I log in. I can’t log in with either facebook, google or apple.
I have been using this app for a few years now but more recently I have been trying to reset up timer several times and when I go to adjust time the same thing keeps happening the screen comes up saying “something went wrong, please try again later.” I have deleted the app, shut down phone etc… but this doesn’t seem to help. When viewing a workshop or a session the screen shuts down. There’s still audio (I can still hear what is said), but after a minute or two the screen goes dark. This didn’t happen before the latest IOS-update.

A long white column has appeared on the opening screen asking for “a little housekeeping’ and requiring me to set up an account. But I can’t get beyond the screen message to do this. It is frozen in place. Also I think I may already have an account. Sorry I can’t really remember. I’ve tried re installing the app but get the same screen with the same message. Thank you

Insight timer does not start
Today during a session it got just got quiet all of a sudden. Tried restarting but it happened again. Hasn’t happened before? Does it have to do with my iOS version? It is 14.6.
today when i went to put my minutes in to meditate the timer setting was completely messed up . i tried restarting my phone and deleting the app and adding it again but still cannot set timer to meditate . it appears to be completely messed up because it is not looking right, can’t view much of it, the dial shows h m and s but the numbers in front of them are all the same number or repeats number over abs over and the screen view is wrong.
Insight Timer won’t start. Goes to the screen with InsiteTimer in the center and freezes there. Can you help?
