It is so frustrating. Every time i start collecting the hidden object, it crashes. Impossible to play at all.

I have an iPhone 10 and it is has the latest update (16.6). I’ve played this game twice for a few years now. The first time this happened, I got to a certain level (480’s I think) and it crashed every 15 seconds or so. I finally got so frustrated, I deleted the game and started a new one. Now I’m almost at that same level (464) and it’s continually crashing again. Next delete will be THE END for me!

I love this game but I am not playing anymore Wooga games. It IS in the programming which is the developers fault. It will never get fixed till they admit it’s their mess up. Everyone should just get rid of this game, 5 years and no fix…..

My June Journey game on iphone keeps crashing about 1 minute into opening game. I have updated to newest iOS 15.5, rebooted, offloaded app and reloaded app, made sure all other windows closed and it still keeps crashing for the last couple days its been constant frustrations. It usually lets you watch ads but then crashes after too. Cant play game or ask for Wooga game Cog assist before it crashes again. Dont have facebook acct. Have lost lots of energies trying to play with no rewards received as it just crashes. Have asked for multiple assists thru emails and did everything they asked to no avail. I dont want to delete app as I have invested a lot of time and money into this game. My wifi internet is very fast here and it reloads quickly.
Since installing the update, the app is unplayable. Hitting the watch button brings up ‘an error has occurred’. Can’t get past this. Whatever they updated broke the app. Where’s the QA department to verify that updates don’t break the code and functionality?
