I have a ktm1290gt 20 reg. I connected a Cardo intercom system to the bike successfully but when I go to my ride app I can have audio or on screen display but not both. Any help would be appreciated

My KTM Nav app won’t open, it just keeps going to the App info screen.
Yep, having the exact same issue.
Android phone has paired with bike successfully but both KTM navigation and my ride apps show no connection.
Functions in audio on TFT screen only show when helmet headset is connected but can only turn volume up and down.
If navigating with app, directions can be heard in headset but nothing on screen
2017 SAS 1290 that has apparently (according to dealer) had free upgrade to allow nav features although nav does not show in my ride screen on TFT.
