When opening the app, there is a pop up announcement about a world wide competition. For the first couple of weeks, there was an X you could click to bypass. Now, there is no way to bypass if you don’t want to participate. If there is no way past it, please advise and I’ll just delete the app.
When you have finished a puzzle and get past the ads for the rewards, the bonus award screen never completely loads and locks up. Restarting the device only unlocks it until you have completed the next puzzle.

I am having problems with very high power usage when using magic jigsaw puzzles. Very jerky and unresonsive. Finished a puzzle and one piece would not budge. Could not get last piece to go in. this problem is not with my HP laptop. it is the ads that pop up right after my puzzle selection and won’t let me get past it. if i choose a puzzle i have not completed the ad doesn’t freeze my selection the X appears at the right top corner and i can progress to my selection. But, if a new puzzle is selected the X does not appear. And, NO, i’m not going tp pay $1 to join something to correct this problem!

Beste Mijn map van restart puzzels blijft leeg. Lastig als je moet stoppen en later wil verder gaan. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen. Opnieuw installeren heb ik al gedaan. Werkt niet.

Well, I can’t do my puzzles for another day. Still the same problem with freezing up and just so frustrating to try to join the pieces. The other most irritating thing is that I don’t know if my emails are being received. I haven’t heard a word from Magic Jigsaw Puzzles or even ZIMAD. I’m wondering what is going on. Is this even a real site or just a scam? Let me know, will you?
All of my puzzles do not have normal shaped pieces, but are triangles or other shapes of various sizes. Please correct.

My puzzles continue to freeze up and pause to work in slow motion. The ADS do not freeze, they continue as before. Once again I cannot do my puzzles under these conditions. Also, I have not received an email to offer any solution to the problem. I am surely not the only person having difficulty. This is bad, very bad!!!
I can’t do puzzles because it is so slow or it freezes up. It takes a while to even get back to the Home page. None of my other games work like this and it is so disappointing. I notice this happens about once a month and there is no indication when it will resume normally. Can you help or not?

magic jigsaw loads and runs but then crashes due to so many adds loading it locks up mid game many time each game. I have to totally exit game and try again many times. It has gotten to the point after all this time playing the game it is no longer any fun!!!!
When I select a puzzle, no pieces appear and the app freezes, been happening for several days now. Have tried switching device off and on again, didn’t help.
When I select a puzzle, and watch the ad, no puzzle pieces appear on the screen and the app freezes. The background music still plays though. When I close the app and shut it down, the music keeps playing g for about 10 seconds.

I did not go into the category section to retrieve my pets for stars. My magic jigsaw puzzle closes before opening it. How do I fix it? I’ve tried turning off my Kindle fire and restarting it oh, I have even did a hard reset on my Kindle fire and were you downloaded the magic puzzle app. It still doesn’t work, even after signing in.

Puzzle app was freezing so I uninstalled app and installed the app. Now when I click on daily puzzle the computer totally locks up. I have to unplug and then restart to get my computer to work again
After Ad the message “Thank You For Watching” appears and locks on.
You updated or did something to make the game better however my puzzle load but then says there is a problem and I have to refresh or reload, I get to play a few pieces and it does the same thing over and over. I enjoy playing this game but it is getting really annoying.

I had been using Magic jigsaw puzzels for months then I started having screen flickering so bad I could not continue. I deleted the program and have reinstalled 4 months later and still the same problem. I have looked on line for a fix. When I close the program the flickering stays until I restart computer I run windows 10 with no other problems.
