MyT does not update with the stage for my new car order. Still states the the ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED. Why does it not update.
MyT app says that the order is being processed whereas by garage shows it as being In Transit.

Despite reporting in April 2022 that the MyT App associated with my RAV4 was not working correctly, CASE1652911 refers, I am not getting replies to my chase-up emails asking when it will be fixed. App is still not keeping details up to date and is also sending incorrect data.
A year ago when I bought the Toyota Yaris, the MyT application worked and I used it for a year. A month ago I wanted to do an update but I was asked to first delete the existing version and then reinstall the new version. I can’t do it anymore. I have a message “This item is not available in your country”. I am in Spain in the same country where I used the application for a year. What can I do? Thank you.
New Toyota H-CR. As I am travelling along at regular intervals I get a message on my navigation screen that says “Profile cannot be synched” which if I select the cancel option goes away for about 5 minutes then returns. If I instead select continue I am then asked for my user address and password. Help!
