Olio requesting i verify account when requesting an item. I already have an account and it recognises this fact but still doesn’t allow me to request an item; My user ID is 509949 and am using version 2.134.4.
Can’t reset my password

Hello, today the olio app keeps crashing – it opens then shuts down straight away. I have tried restarting the iPhone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as ensuring everything is fully updated. The problem will impact my FWH collections as well. Are you able to advise / help further?
My olio account seems to be hacked.
I first received a few emails from noreply (at) olioex.com, saying that my account was suspended and then that the suspension was lifted.
I then received an ‘incorrect password’ message when I wanted to access my account via web.olioex.com and via the app. When trying to login via magic link or when trying to reset my password, I didn’t receive any email (I also checked the spam folder), while this methods worked some weeks ago.
Hi. I’ve listed items from a collection this evening and whilst they’ve all gone the app is still showing I have many available so people are requesting them but there’s nothing left. A few people who came to collect food also had similar problems with the app where they were requesting and the requests came through multiple times.
