A lot of posts I wrote on my padlets on Thursday, November 10th disappeared (today is Saturday, November 12th). There is also no logical explenation for this issue because they disappeared somehow randomly: some parts do not exist at all anymore, some parts do have all the posts except one or two. Also, I checked other browsers to see if Firefox would have any troubles, and there were no posts at all, all the padlets are empty when I open them with Edge or Chrome. So what can I do to solve this problem?

I am an art teacher and use padlet for students to post photos of their finished artwork. The padlet has many posts and has begun to load extremely slowly or not at all. It also freezes or gets hung up when trying to make a new post. Can you tell me how to fix this issue so my students can make new posts?

I created a padlet several days ago and there were two posts on it. When I logged into padlet and opened the padlet, there were no posts. Can you please tell me what happened? Thank you!
If you shared it with someone, they might have deleted the posts. If it only has you on it, then maybe it is your device that is making the posts disappear. Is your device laggy? If so, your device may have deleted it by itself or has lagged the posts away so that when you type, you see your posts, but when you come back the next day or less, all of the posts are all gone because your device is slow.

After we change the Padlet layout from a Shelf to let say a Grid or Wall layout, and then when we try to revert the layout back to the Shelf layout, the padlet column titles and posts are not displayed.
