I still have thee first pictionary air pen but it wont turn green. what do i do?
A brand new pen. But the tip does not flash orange in order to set it up. It just goes straight to red. Is there a way to reset it?

I cannot connect the pen to my phone. It does not blink orange. It only has a red solid light.
Solution: Just turn on Bluetooth on your phone and a new game. Point mobile’s camera towards the pen and start drawing. You’ll see the drawing on app’s screen. For me also, there was no orange light.

Same thing happened to me. No flashing orange. I took it back and got a new one which behaved the same way. Turns out it was actually connected. Just proceed to the game and you will see it is drawing as it should.
So when does an answer come up for this? 1 month and no reply on how to fix this? Doesn’t blink orange no matter how many times I turn off and back on.

Scribbles immediately on screen before drawing that wont erase
My phone is drawing aswel as the pen, therefore when a child is holding the phone (not as still as adults) it just scribbles over the picture, Therefore were unable to play.

I’ve just wrote something similar prior to seeing your comment. I assumed it was us not holding the phone still enough. Very dissapointed, my children recieved it off there nan at Christmas .

The Pictionary app isn’t working, tried an iPhone 12, and a Samsung and another phone and app not loading. When the app boots up it initially shows the Mattel logo then just spins and doesn’t load at all.

I can’t get my pen on pictionary to turn green
Pictionary air does not start after installed in IPad. After open the app, show the Mattel logo and then just keep loading circle and no further.

I can cast YouTube to tv from my phone but not pictionary air. When I try to cast it doesn’t show any devices.
I cast to roku and it shows that it is connected and then freezes.
