When playing totalizer I used to be able to get gold coins numerous times. I can now only get gold coins one time. For example I would be in the number one spot and have maybe 50000 points. After spending quite a long time gathering that many points, I should be able to get more than 50 coins for my efforts. I used be able to collect gold coins many times. Now just once. I have turned off the phone and reinstalled Ruzzle a couple times. But the problem is still there. My sister is still able to gather coins numerous times, so don’t know what’s going on. I’m close to stop playing Ruzzle. What’s the point if you can’t get gold coins. Thanks

Ruzzle won’t go back to the landscape mode. How do I fix this?
I have played Ruzzle for years on my iPad and it has always been horizontal. All of a sudden it is vertical and I am not going to flip my iPad around as it’s too uncomfortable. How do I get Ruzzle to play horizontally like it has for years? It is still horizontal on my iPhone.

My Events Summa Summarum and Topscore have dissappeared. I have reported this problem once. I received an answer saying that it was fixed, but I still cannot find them. And it is not possible to reply to the sms.

Team play is not working. All other features appear to be working properly. I recently joined a new team and only played a couple games. I was in the middle of a game when the problem started. The screen is rapidly flickering.

I can open Ruzzle but cannot access most things. All of my existing games resigned, I can’t access my team play. Completed games always appear at the bottom but one game appears at the top and each time I try to click on anything that same completed game repeats itself. Settings will not open to try to log out. Tried from my iPhone but it said it does not recognize my email. Fresca67 misses her game play!

When I open Ruzzle the main screen has a long list of game slots labelled “Playing with” with no name. This is followed by the “Your Turn” section.
I am able to scroll but cannot click on anything.
Event, Team Play, setting, my games, all the icons, nothing happens when I click on them. Completed games do not appear at all.
This behaviour is the same on both my IOS (ipad) and android devices.
I’ve tried restarting and also reinstalling on my iPad with no success
Completed games from a specific user – Roberto3488 – are showing at the top and multiple copies of the same completed game keep showing up. All actions are blocked, e.g.,can’t play my turn on existing games, or start new games. Have done all troublehooting- reinstall, clear memory cache multiple times.

The event screen shrunk and cuts off about 2 inches of the game. Because of this you can’t click on “Play” and can’t play the event games. How do,I fix this?
After finishing a first game, you are shown a second game. You play the second game. But the second game just reloads and reloads showing you the same letters over and over. You cannot advance to the final game.
I have rebooted and checked my server connection.
