Get Error message on android 8.1.0 with app version S-pushTAN 4.2.3 (current latest).
I installed the “S-pushTAN 4.1.0” from December 19, 2022 GMT+0100 as an workarround and disabled auto update on the app in playstore.
If I clear the app cacheand reboot the following message occour with app version 4.2.3:
java.lang.SecurityException: Permissions Denial: reading com.android.providers.media.MediaProvider uri content://Media/external/file from pid=10388, uid=10094 reqiures adnroid.permissions.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or grantUriPermission
I granted the app all the possible permissions, I could set on android, without any change, only a older version worked on adnroid 8.1.0. The app says it should work on android 6+, but unfortunately in the current latest version it doesn’t.

Hello,
I opened a bank account last Friday and the account opening officer tried a few times to activate my Pushtan App but it didn’t work then she asked me to try after a week. I did try again after a week but it is now asking for new registration credentials. what should I do?
Direct I can open push tan app.but using wise app it shows error
I am located in Canada and tried to install it in Bluestacks on Windows 10 to be able to do mobile banking with Sparkasse. However, when I download the app on Bluestacks all I get is a blank screen with the S in the centre. It does not give me the opportunity to set it up.
I am located in North America, have an account in a German bank. Recently downloaded the push tan app,, and received the necessary letter from my bank. There is no problem with scanning. the QR code. However when I enter,correctly, the user name and password, each time a window appears in my iphone : Kontaktieren Sie uns etc. After that it is not possible to proceed.
I have carefully verified with my bank that the correct data are being entered each time.,there is no doubt about that. I have also downloaded the pushtan app again. May I ask your advice as to why this is happening? If it is easier for you to answer in German please feel free to do so. Thank you.
