Guys, anyone for whom the app won’t open, put your phone in airplane mode and it will allow you to click an x in the corner when you access the app after putting your pin in. You can then access your documents as normal.

Can’t access my Data locked behind Purchase Page it says “purchase identifier invalid”
Someone please help, every time I try and renew my subscription it says “the purchase identifier is invalid”. Seems as if I’m not the only one with this issue. There is no contact number or email either. This is really crappy.
Same issue as the others… login and you see my files/albums for 2 seconds, then it goes to a “Get Premium Free” screen. I’m already paying for it. When I click START, error comes up “The purchase identifier was invalid”. Would be nice if someone from the company could let us know WTF is going on.

Same here, not sure if its because we are in the UK. If you google the app and click it, the app store says not available in your country. I was paying for premium aswell, it just expired. Let me know if you find a way to do it. I thought of changing the location on the app settings, then paying in $ instead of £ to get my data back?
I’m in the United States, so I think this is a network wide issue. Not sure why I paid for this if I can’t even get my data/photos/files. I have important work docs and personal photos on here I can’t recover.
