Last night, 4/30/23, 10:45 PM, I did not receive my rewards after completing Chapter 3/12, which included Wilds, Windmills and Points. This morning I found that I did receive the 2nd place winner in The Tournament, which included 240 K, 1Legendary Grand album, and 7 wilds. I had 2 wilds last night left so the 7 from winning the tournament brought me to 9, which is correct. BUT nothing ever came on the rewards I should have gotten for completing Chapter 3/12. It did not let me ask about it on your “Settings & Help”.. that just doesn’t work. I am writing this from my computer, since I couldn’t do it on my tablet. I don’t know what’s going on here, but I KNOW you guys owe me that.

My game is not loading anymore. This app is taking up too much space on my device. There’s old data just clogging up my device. I’ve requested several times for this issue to be corrected, to no avail. I have had to delete other items off my device because of this app taking up too so much space, over 650 GB, just for data alone. I have been playing SGH since it began and I was on level 12000. I play on my iphone. The past few months I have experienced lots of problems with rewards, loading etc. Today it hung just before closing of the CUPS competition. I have completed 4/5 farms. I removed the app and it wouldn’t come back properly. Was showing large letters and slow. I had to remove the app as I was playing on my device but used to play on the cloud. I have now lost all the data.
If there is a way to access my cloud game please let me know and I will continue but if I have to start from the beginning I will not put it back on my iphone.
