    I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Then reset password and brought my 1st account back which is 54 lvl, my 2nd account was a 76 lvl. Is any way to get it back? Ty

    I updated today, 13/1/2022
    this is what going on.

    Watching gem videos, stuck on loading screens fails to put me back in game,
    Keeps loading. I have uninstallled 5x
    today it still doing the same.

    Same goes for the paw print coins
    Watch a video,

    I am registered.

    Before the update everything
    was working fine, i could watch the
    gems after quest, Put me back in the
    game i had no problem with it.
    But now i do have a problem with
    the game.

    Wolf does not load. There is the Screen loading gas started but the game does not begin

    I have restarted game turned off and on devices but nothing

    I had actually killed 3 Canadian bisons and 2 of those Orange yaks for the Christmas encounter challenge, I got all the xp for them but they weren’t counted in the competition and I was really disappointed with that.

    Does not load at all even to home screen. Tried all common error possibilities and solves to fix.
