I cannot edit the waypoint text on both my phone and tablet. There is no problem with editing co-ordinates, just the text (I don’t use photos so don’t know about that). If I try to edit the text the keyboard stops working and the digits on it and the entire screen start jumping around and flashing on and off. Nothing works until I come out of the app and shut it down. I thought that it may be incompatibility with the SwiftKey keyboard I was using, but it is the same with Gboard and the stock Huawei one that came with the phone, and also the stock Lenovo one on my tablet.
There is a bug when saving recorded routes, which has caused me to loose several recordings. The problem is if I accidentally tap the android home button while filling in the name and details of the route on the save page, when I return to Topo GPS the save route dialogue will no longer be open and there seems to be no way to get back to it, so the the route is lost.
I am trying to sync my saved waypoints from my phone to my Android Vankyo S20 tablet but cannot find out how to do it. I have looked at the manual online and the ‘synchronise with I Cloud’ is not in the menu. There is no mention of syncing at all.
Downloading for offline use often stops. Under which conditions does that happen? Can I do anything?
