My WW app loads and freezes,. I have deleted it several times and shut down my iPad to no avail. It worked fine for years until I took a week off from tracking – when I went back to track it was frozen. Have not been able to use it since, WW support told me to delete the app, restart my ipad, then reinstall. Did not work. I cleared my chache as well. It works on my iPhone – just not my ipad which I used a lot more than my iPhone over the past 5 years. This is just crazy.

I get notifications on my ww app. When I go to the notifications button in the top left, it closes the entire app – so I have no access to anything in that tab. I can hit the three horizontal bars and it opens the menu but it won’t open the notifications bell link
