After recovering my trip from loosing it with the last update. Everything I have added too it has been deleted aswell. Only the recovered trip is showing with none of the stops I’ve added in the last month.
How can I recover them
The app is also very slow, lagging and randomly shuts down.
Any advice to fix these issues will be greatly appreciated

As soon as I selected the Manual Sync I lost my trip.that is now three I have lost. Logged a support ticket. They used to be good before now just automated responses.
Wiki camps not loading at all since update

similar problems with shaun, below on my iPhone. Managed to get it up on the PC, but on the iPhone just kept going around in circles, update => open=> update=> open etc.
On the PC it comes up, but is so slooooowwwww. Telstra speed test Great, both modem and PC have been rebooted

I can’t get the update to work, restarted my phone and tried to reinstall, that won’t work either, but I’ve paid for the account.
I have had to get a new sim card for my phone and I’ve list the wiki camps app. It won’t let me download the app without giving my credit card details and I’m not willing to give it again as I paid $7.95 last time.
cannot remember password
WikiCamps Australia appears off-line. Once loaded the map is blank in normal view and saved trips, just blue screeen\usual background. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail, still has just blue background without any details.

I just lost all my checklists after clicking the sync button under checklists, how do I get these back.
Once I type in the town or city the usual list of sites does not come up. Instead I get a map of the area. I just want the list of all the sites etc to come up like it used to. My email address is a new one.

When opening wikicamps it gets to 82% and locks. I have cleared cache and restarted phone (android), BUT will NOT get past 82%.

not opening on phone
in trip planner the route will not always follow the road but goes as crow flies for some part of route between towns. Can this be fixed without putting waypoints 5 kms apart in one case.

I have had my wikicamps app for many years. Today the vechicle icon / curser has frozen in an area travelling but moves around areas n not on the correct roads. With magnification, a blue round area expands round icon but icon doesn’t move. I uninstalled the app I’ve had for years n re installed n problem still exists. I am not able to pay for wikki camps as it is defaulting to Germany. I am in Australia. I am not able to change the country to Australia. Very frustrating as am wanting to book a group trip. When I go to pay, update details, address is default Germany
Full size pictures stopped displaying. I click one of the small pics that a member has downloaded, the big pic loads, displays for an instance, then disappears. I am left with a blank screen with left and right arrows. Clicking on either of these acts in the same way. It has worked fine for a long time. I do not have the problem with any other pictures – only those from Wikicamps.
