Word Stacks will not go past level 732 (“Smaller than a baseball”). I’ve solved it three times, but it won’t unlock the next levels.
Next to last word went to top but didn’t clear from bottom so puzzle is frozen.
After 5 years of daily use, Word stack will not load on my iPad

On level 7187 the word expansive will not leave the main puzzle even though it’s showing in the boxes at the top of the screen, so won’t let me highlight the last remaining word. As I have 9800 points and always take part in the weekend contest I’m reluctant to delete the app but will have to if it can’t be solved! Have tried switching my iPad off and on again several times without ant effect, although it will let me play the daily puzzle! Hopefully you have a solution
Daily puzzle is missing on my Word Stacks.
On level, 1665 of word stacks, I choose the word “book.” It moved into into the top of the screen but did not remove the letters from the bottom. Cannot finish the puzzle because when I hit the lettered “book” again, it won’t take it because it is already in the top section. No way to finish the puzzle now.
When I try to watch a “free gift” video- it keeps telling me there is no video- for 3 days now!

Word stacks when I go to view videos it says no video available for viewing. So I can’t get the 50 points to do a scramble and I can’t find words until it lets me view a video. Love the game but hate it sometimes you have to watch a two-part video two times just to get 25 points and then you have to use 50 points just to scramble the words.
How do I get back to my level after accidentally deleting the app. I’m on level 340 and WILL NOT start over with 3 little pigs!

2 words from completing. “Pool” went Into the puzzle but didn’t exit from down below which would enable the last word of “sparklers” could be used.
Deleted app and downloaded again.

Stars indicating completed daily games keep disappearing. This happens at least once a week if you do the daily game every day for a month. You can redo the day and recoup the missing star but it costs 25 coins to do that. The net effect is you don’t earn all the prize coins during the month.

For the past 2 nights, a Walmart ad announcing that the Yaphank Superstore is now open is blocking the board. Yesterday , the ad was blocking the circle which tells you how many words you found that are not playable, It is gradually moving up the board. No letters beneath the ad (from the ad to the bottom of the puzzle) can be played. It goes away for a second or two and then comes right back. I had to pay today to play yesterday’s game because I couldn’t finish it because of the problems and today I’ve only be able to play 2 words and rack up 14 unplayable words. I can see the words but they won’t highlight. My tablet has been rebooted several times.
i am stuck at level 2511. all words are filled in at top and 2 words remain on board
Game loads in landscape, with a smaller screen and part of the screen is missing. It works, but I can’t see the icons on the side. I am tempted to delete it and reinstall it, but I don’t want to lose my points and history. Can you tell me how to fix this? This happened after the latest iPad software update.
Word Stacks page is white or black. If I restart my android tablet it will usually load ok, but only for one game. Then goes blank again.

I am stuck at Level 3614…”Words with the Letters ‘TED'”. All but 1 word are solved…but the last solved word, which is ‘CORRECTED’, won’t disappear and remains below. Because it won’t clear I am unable to get to the final word, which is ‘TALENTED’. Please help! I love your game!

During the tournament yesterday game froze and could not finis game even reboot game numerous times even overnight problems did not correct. One. Last word was left in game, but could not put in it because the previous word registered on the word chart but would not go away from the game both words remained in instead of only one. Very frustrating so many times the game freezes during tournament. Also, please explain how when a tournament starts at 5:00 can someone have high score when game has just started ? How do so many people start their games with crowns in higher categories than previous week? So many things are out of balance when you try to play and the game is rigged against you. Please respond.
