my yoho sports watch is stuck on “more” screen. The app seems to work OK but the actual watch is stuck. Tried touching the screen multiple times and duration but nothing seems to work. Is there a way to reset the actual watch? (it is the square 3.5 X 4 cm style, sorry don’t have the model number.)

Ive only had my watch under a few weeks an today it just crashed an wiped all the daliy data from my steps ect an it says random numbers that ive walked which i haven’t the sleep thing doesn’t work properly either

My watch stopped alerting me about my messages and phone calls all day. That evening I shut my watch off and restarted it and now it won’t indicate that it’s charging or turn on. It had charge still on it.
