If you are having a problem with the Allstate mobile app ‘stopping’, try this: uninstall the app from your phone, reboot your phone, go to the app store on your LAPTOP and install the app from the laptop.
This fixed the problem for me and maybe it will for you. I can’t explain it, but it did work.

I have done the following: nstall the latest iOS or Android version
Check Allstate Mobile for updates and update if necessary
Restart smartphone or tablet completely
Uninstall and reinstall Allstate Mobile
Still the app keeps stopping. Touch the Allstate app icon, it stops. any attempt to open the app and the app stops working. I can’t get to my ID cards, I can’t use DriveWise.. I am at my wits end. Please help. I even went to my agent’s office to see if they could help, but they were stumped, too.
I have a Galaxy S10, with up-to-date software.

Tried updating latest version of Allstate Mobile app. Crashes
Restarted smartphone – crashes

Crashes just after logging in. Every time.

Install the latest iOS version
I am up to date with 14.1
Check Allstate Mobile for updates and update if necessary
I see none to install
Restart smartphone or tablet completely
Still crashes
Uninstall and reinstall Allstate Mobile
Still crashes

I can get to my cards without crashing, but I remain curious what might be there if I logged in.
