Trying to load Bandlab on the web on my iMac. The results are a blank, white page with a bright red border surrounding three quarters of the page.
I’m loading the site from a bookmark on my bookmarks bar; it’s how I’ve been doing it for months and have never experienced any problems.
It’s been acting up like this for three days now when trying to access the site from my iMac. I can still access Bandlab from my Samsung Galaxy A-23 smart phone without incident.
I’ve attempted to restart my iMac and performed a complete shut down with resting period before starting it up again. I’ve cleared the cache as well. Nothing seems to fix this problem.
I’m using an iMac Retina 4K (2017) that’s running Ventura 13.4.1.
Thanks for any info you might have.
The mix editor is a big problem. It does not work at all. There is no signal from my guitar in Studio. Same for microphone.
Cakewalk Bandlab fortunately works well. But it disturbs me that Mix Editor constantly give errors or does not respond at all. Please help me.
Tracks aren’t loading to my album when trying to add them. I keep getting a “revising is still being processed” even though I haven’t revised any tracks
“Not Responding” message at top left then when the mouse is clicked on the screen, it freezes “(contrast changes). It just recently started happening. When rebooted it stays in memory for about 10 mins preventing me from restarting Bandlab until it falls out of memory as viewed in task manager.
