Blue Driver will not read code on a 2007 Grand Caravan. It will clear codes and display live data, but goes to 50% complete and stops. After several minutes says vehicle did not send data. Tried resetting everything, app, iPhone, and vehicle. Still no luck. It has worked with this vehicle before.
My BlueDriver OBD scanner is saying, “Not connected to Vehicle” when I try it in either my 2004 Volvo XC70, or in my 2008 Toyota Matrix. I notice that the connector pins inside the scanner are not all the same height from the base, the connector pins are uneven. This may be the issue.
Can I return this unit to Lemur and get a discount on a new one? I think it may be beyond repair.
Blue Driver live data only shows mass air flow rate. It used to show a lot more info.
After plugging in blue light goes to red after about 2 seconds
The led light flashes blue all the time it says it’s connected but really isn’t won’t let me do anything it needs updated and every time I try it just says failed to update and blue light keeps flashing every second.

I use a VPN on my iPhone. The device will pair with my iPhone but, it becomes non-responsive; will not read codes, live data nor anything else.
Back to my VPN; started eliminating settings, “kill switch”, “secure core” and alternative routing and BlueDriver is still non-responsive-data reads. Logged-out from VPN and still the issues remain the same.
Is running my VPN the source of the problem?
Got for my 2007 Ram 3500 with 5.9 diesel motor. Does not fit my S21 Android screen, overwrites on top of itself. Only can use 5 diagnostics at one time, about 80% diagnostics not supported. I want engine diagnostics not info on how far I drove from last test? etc. etc. Sending it back.

was updating bluedriver during update phone went dead nothing seems to work. scanner flashes red fast when plugged in. what are my options, went through all the restarts with help.

while updating my scanner phone went dead, after recharging phone, phone can not pair with scanner. called support and we went through all the steps to try and fix it. nothing worked.
submitted to tech. but did not hear back . more than likely my fault. at the time was trying a spam blocker. which I no longer have.
