On the 7th March, I bought two packs from in the game. It took more than 48 hours for support to get back to me, insufficiently, we emailed back and forth for another few days before they told me the issue had been fixed. It hadn’t, so they told me to contact Google Play, I did, and was given 2 reasons I could not get a refund; 1) it had been more than 48 hours since the purchase and 2) even if it hadn’t been, they couldn’t help, as the money had gone through without fault to the merchant. I got back in contact with Board Kings support, at which point they began telling me that the screenshots of my receipts weren’t enough/right. I asked multiple times how, and was just told they were “altered”, they were not. I took the screenshots, I had to crop them and put them together in a collage in order to attach them to support tickets and emails, but other than that they were not touched. I was still being told they weren’t right, so I sent in screenshots of other receipts from purchases made in the game, and they were all the same, they would not tell me what was wrong with the missing purchases receipts and since sending in evidence backing up that I have in no way altered anything, I have been ignored.
I did not receive my purchase, but my electronic wallet was already deducted with purchase price amount.

I want to know why you have a release button for gems making us think we get 200 gems but as soon as you touch the button you loose 200 gems and it doesn’t even say where your gems go they just float up and away to thin air. I didn’t deserve to loose 200 gems when all I did was open the board for the day and clean my Board off and push on the button above gems saying 200 gems released.
I want to also know how if your working in the real world and not able to play till off work and you open your board & find out that 20 million dollars get stollen from you especially when I went into the settings for Board Kings and shut visitors off. I turned visitors off and people are going on my board anyways; How? I deserve my 20 million and 200 gems back or I’m done with this game since it’s not being fair.

I’m stuck on another player’s board. If I reach the end and cross the get back tile, I just continue going around, the tiles give me 100gems each time I step on one, when I get jailed it is free to get out of jail and if i want to go back i am just stuck on the train driving back scene and I lose all of my gold, gems and rolls. When I close the app and restart it, I’m just back on the opponent’s board with all my gold, gems and rolls. Help
