It keeps crashing and closing out on it’s own. The app keeps shutting off and restarts itself. Very frustrating considering I’m trying to use this app for work. Please assist with a solution as I paid for premium and I am not getting the services I paid for. A colleague of mine uses the same app and this does not happen. Please advise asap!

For the past couple of days been having issues with streaming my feed periodically it says connecting and then it says unable to connect to audio server. Wasn’t having this issue until a couple days ago and I didn’t change anything on my end so wondering if broadcastify is having server issues just a guess please help thanks in advance
Program keeps stopping
The following feed had suddenly started to drop out continuously over the past week, anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes after connection it just disconnects, on both Web & App *no issue with my wifi.

Have no idea why I’m all of a sudden seeing this. I’ve had broadcastify like forever and have never had a problem. What do I need to do?

It will not load without a lot of trying other things and the screen is weird.
