Hello, I downloaded the app. I used it often, then the phone crashed. Hi, about a year ago I was suddenly logged out of my Casey’s rewards. But when I tried to sign back in it wouldn’t let me. It would say that the phone number I was trying to enter was already linked to another account, but I can only assume this other account is also my account and I have just locked out of it. This problem has made it so I can’t access to Casey’s rewards or make a new account at all. I’m not sure why this happened but I hope it’s a simple problem with an easy solution

Ever since November 2021 I started using my phone number at checkout instead of scanning the QR code in the app since it was easier. Not a single one of these transactions has been recorded in my account, and I’m missing thousands of points from my weekly purchases. The phone number in my account and the one I’ve been using at checkout is the same. I have proof of purchase via bank statements.

My account randomly logged me out and when I logged back in, it asked for my phone number, which I put my old one in because that’s the one that is with my account. However, that phone number did not work, so I tried to use my current phone number and it also did not work. Furthermore, when I typed in both phone number to submit my account, all it said was that the number already exists. So, I can’t log into my account with my own phone number, which is ridiculous. So, there needs to be a way for me to be able to verify my phone’s number.
