My chic fil a app will not open to scan when I make an order
When I try adding funds on Chick fil a app the screen will not minimize and only shows VISA, the word “change” and I can only hit change which takes me to my payment methods. No matter what i do I still can’t get past the VISA screen. I have deleted app and reloaded and still have the same problem.

I eat at Chick Fil A multiple times a week. I called the (866) 232-2040 phone number and kept getting disconnected. I have been kicked out of my One Account and have tried everything and cannot get back in. Please-get rid of whomever is responsible for “this”, as your company embraces excellence as this is a mess.

Then it says will load an older version but it is hung in continual update mode. I am not ready to purchase a new phone. WHY is this happening.
