Every since they changed credit card companies accepted, Visa/mastercard, I tried adding mine but GTL blocks mine everytime I try to add funds to my son’s trust fund. Been trying to send my brother a text and pictures and it doesn’t load they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app which I did then they told me to clean the cash which I did I spoke to three people with the GTL customer service and they told me I had this do this send you guys an email

When I get a call, it won’t go through even after pressing #5 then it hangs up. On many occasions after pressing #5 the voice prompt then loops around again. Contacting support.com listed on GTL website to report this issue, is a waste of time. I even had one Rep tell me they are not associated with GTL when the email said contact them.
When I get a call it won’t let me accept or a lot of times it’s just complete silence and i eventually have to just hang up.
When I get a call Automated system does not prompt me to accept . Can not hear anything complete silence after answering. Also when I call gtl customer service can not hear anything.
