Where the hell is CORRLINKS support? When I searched for CORRLINKS support I got a support site that wanted my Visa credit card and wanted “1$ now and $38 a year for support”. So if this is not true, where do CORRLINKS user go for problems? They do not list a support phone number anywhere! Cannot send ‘new message’ from desktop PC. It gives me “You have no active persons in custody available for messaging. Once your pending persons in custody have been activated you will be able to send messages to them. Please go to the Register Person in Custody screen to select persons in custody.” He is already registered!!! I can send new message from my iphone app but get this message when sending with desktop running Windows 10.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
