Hi there. Iam most annoyed because when my da fit is working it is actually saving my life! Well nearly, that is a long medical history, don’t worry.
My wife kindly bought me the da fit at Christmas 2023 she bought herself one as well! Mine faled before I left my home country for my summer house, it failed after six or seven weeks. The problem basically crazy coloured bars running the length down the face. I left it and took over hers.
Last evening exactly the same problem only far worse I cannot do a single thing with the haze of every colour in lines running down the face.
I beieve it is possibly caused by static, I have a few stories of that, one being a fully recharged watch battery after eseven or eight years, but changed polarity, the shock of falling in love with a lady, and a static spark from our noses, we both survived.
But have you got a fix, I can send you a photo if it helps, I cannot beive that both have gone rhe same way, my wifes da fit has only been used by me for nearly ten weeks before it has failed! Bad news!

Watch will not take any measurements for BPM, MMHG, or O2. Error message says Please wear good and try again. What can I do to fix this?
There are two problems:
1- Tensiometer: If a weight of 120 kg is entered, the tensiometer automatically indicates 190 MMHG which is necessary. To get the right measurement, I had to encode 75 Kg
2- The weather function does not work at all even after resetting the bracelet and reinstalling the app and on two smartphones of different brands.

Hi I’ve just received an army camo smart watch and everything seems to work except it’s got an option on the way that says shutter, I guess it’s for the camera because when I click the shutter on the watch it pops up on my phone saying dafit is taking pictures remotely and to click to open the camera but when I click it it does nothing and when I got into my camera no pictures were taken, why have this feature if it doesn’t work
Blood pressure is not reading accurately. The systolic reading is doubled. Diastolic is okay. When Sky 1 Plus is reset and Da Fit app is not used the blood pressure reads perfectly.

Hi! I just bought a NIIZERO C18 which is now connected to the DaFit app.
Everything works fine but the app does not display the faces. When I want to select a different face, the phone shows a blank page with bullets on the left side of the screen.
I can tap on the bullets and the face would change in the watch, but I can’t see in the phone what I selected. The same issue occurs with the additional faces. I see only the numbers on the screen.

Hello, I just got the K22 Eigiis smart watch and love it. Everything works great except the weather will not update. My phone (Google pixel 6 pro) is paired and can read texts, get phone calls, as well as manage audio and camera. I have great service with AT&T. I have allowed all permissions on my phone and ensured my location is set correctly in the da fit app. I can see all my health data in the app. The smart watch firmware is up to date. I would really like to be able to use the full function of the watch. Can you please help on this issue? I’ve tried looking on the web for help but haven’t found anything yet. Just purchased Lige smart watch. When I receive calls, it rings on my phone & watch, when I answer I have to speak on my watch is there not an option to choose to speak on my phone without turning connection off on my watch, it’s the same issue when I make a call, I have to speak on my watch. Not ideal, it means everyone can hear my conversation via the speaker on my watch. If I turn off connection with my phone I do not get messages coming through on my watch. Any solution ?

I was having the same problem. I searched and searched and finally found the answer on a Amazon review. Your contact in your phone cannot have the ( ) characters which surround the area code in the phone number. I removed them from a contact and tried to add the person again and it worked! I really hope this helps you!

Will not allow me to change gender in profile
Da Fit C16 resets from Fahrenheit to Celsius and the time doesn’t stay accurate.
I have a Carbinox watch. Stopped getting notifications (messages & phone calls) today. Reset/restarted phone. No improvement. Da Fit app stalled when “searching for software update” several times. Da Fit app also not showing alternative watch faces anymore. Uninstalled/reinstalled Da Fit app. No improvement.

Da Fit Smart Watch C-Max does not display a correct Blood Pressure reading. This is the entire purpose for purchasing the watch. Is there a fix?

Can you specify wake up time so that sleep information is correct.
You mY have a reading when you wake up but this changes later as it still tracks wake time and sleep time although the watch is not worn
