My Bookshelf app has several problems, it crashes often, the ‘find’ option doesn’t work, If I type in an author’s name at ‘search Deseret or Library’, it doesn’t find any books at all, not one. Removing a book from the library is cumbersome, I need to at least click on ‘remove from the library’ 10 or more times before it is finally removed. The only ‘help’ Deseret offered was, delete the app, close the device entirely, open your device again and re-download the app, I’ve done that at least 20 times. It didn’t work but they keep repeating that ‘advice’ like a broken record. Finally someone admitted they didn’t know another solution. So now I got my money back and my subscription is cancelled. I’m not happy, I wanted a working app, not a cancellation. I hoped someone would really try to solve these problems, but I guess they didn’t really care.

I’ve rebooted tablet deleted app and reinstalled and when I click to open deseretbookshelf it crashes
