The common thing between everyone having this issue seems to be having the s21 ultra. I have the same phone and I have the same issue. Someone said that with power saving on thats whats causing it and I think theyre right. I feel like with how much legends requires to run now with everything in the game its hitting a point where the phone on power saver just cant keep up sometimes. This isnt the first time this has happened though. I remember sometime beginning of last year the game would crash constantly and after a while it seemed like it got fixed so we may just have to be patient for now even though it can screw you over in pvp a lot

The game has crashed on me multiple times recently. It only happens when I’m doing ratings matches or the legends battle royal. DBL is such a fun game to play and I can go hours playing it but in the past 2 years it stopped working. Dear Dragon ball legends, ever since the update I have been getting crashes lately while playing the game. when I play pvp, coop, and events isn’t always crashing. I can’t even play the game anymore. Please fix this.
Game always crashes when loading up pvp. I can play everything else fine but as soon as I connect with someone and it loads up our 3 selected characters it just closes down. This has happened for the last 2 pvp seasons and I’m sick of getting banned for it. The Last crash gave me a 1hr ban and its just this second happened again so I imagine I’m now on the 2/3 hour ban now. DB LEGENDS continues to crash, it will crash as early as the start up screen, or when the daily bonuses pop up, or trying to load any event. There have been times where I can navigate through a few windows but then when loading into an event match or co-op match the game freeze and boots me out. Game keeps crashing on a lot of different places. It crashes at the start of a summon, a pvp fight, a coop fight, a raid and trying to make a new team. The game is virtually unplayable and has been for a decent while now and a fix is needed in order for me to be able to play the game again. After my phone had to do a system update, DB Legends keeps crashing on my phone.

For everyone else, who still has problems with Samsung update to Android 12 or update related to it: uninstall application called Android System WebView if you have it installed and download from store Android System WebView Dev. After installing it press 3 dots in right up corner, select “Change WebView Provider” and change it to Dev version. After doing it reset your phone. It wasn’t a problem with game, it was a problem with Android 12. Hope that helps 🙂

I’m using samsung S10 plus for several years now. Been playing dragon ball legends from 3 years. This is the first time I’m experiencing such problems.
1) the app keeps getting crashed non stop if I play any battle like PvP or co op or even normal battles.
2) everytime I get into a battle in PvP or co op or normal battle it keeps ghost touching on the same part of the screen.
3) this has been non stop from a month, I’ve reached my patience level

PvP connections are super laggy. I have cleared cache multiple times. Uninstalled and installed even more times. The game always lags in PvP and when it does, the game crashes and leaves the app mid-match. This is unfair because you are then punished for losing the connection as if it is on purpose, you get time-outs.
