I can’t collect spellform pieces from my gifts without the game crashing or do anything that has to do with the alter of alteration without the game crashing.

My game keeps crashing. It won’t go to the loading screen. Crashes before it gets there. I don’t want to uninstall the game and reinstall it because I don’t want to lose my game what do I do.

I recently started dragon vale. I have gotten lucky and got two pepper dragons in a row while trying to get a flower. As you probably know, the breeding combination for flower/pepper dragons is fire and plant, in that order. For some reason, whenever I try to breed it switches the combination. I did fire and plant, in that order and every time it has given me poison dragons. I tested to see if it was only those two dragons giving me trouble. I already had an obsidian dragon and didn’t need a duplicate but it gave me one with earth and fire, instead of fire an earth. This has been incredibly inconvenient for me and my sister, who share the same device with different parks. The same issue happens in her park as well. Please fix this bug. I have wasted multiple days trying to fix it, but I haven’t had any luck. I searched about other people who have had this glitch but as far as I know, nobody else has ever even heard of this type of bug. Please try to fix it for us.
