It does not always say the correct # of errors.. Says more errors than actually are shown.. Plus if you are going downward on a hill it gives errors if u brake too often. If you don’t brake a little in a hill then your speed increases and you get an error for that.
Also in the city you have to break more than on an open highway and it gives errors for that.
It’s very annoying for such a little discount..

My name is Quentin Williams and I just recently had to get a new phone and my new phone is a TCL REVVL4 Phone and I’ve tried to download The State Farm Drive Safe And Save App on my phone from The Google Play Store and it comes up saying that, “Your Device Isn’t Compatible With This Version,” and I really need to download the app to keep my discount on my insurance on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. The drive safe and save app will not record trips. The last time it recorded a trip in my truck was December 24. Also in my wife’s car December 17. My wife’s app will not record her trips either We driven both vehicles a lot since then. Not sure what the problem is. Is anyone else having problems with this? please help

App worked fine until a month ago. When I open the app a message says “no qualifying vehicles”. I have used the app for several years and now it gives this message. The regular State Farm app shows my discounts but the Safe Drive app doesn’t recognize me.
My drive safe app has not recorded trips for the last week. Last trip is 11/05/2021. I use an apple iphone with software ios 15.1. I do have location Services on and am allowing access “always”. Also, I use precise location. I have turned phone off/one. Still nothing. Can you help?
