as stated on the parking meter I opened the easypark web page and didn’t realise the app was there initially. I received a warning that I had downloaded a trojan onto my phone. Since then there are problems with Chrome. When i open it, I am taken to untra-av.live which wants me to to install protection app and invites me to “protect this Android”and tells me “security scan required to check device”. I haven’t followed these links but don’t know how to stop ultra-av.live from opening. On ringing I was told to download the easypark app which i did but still can’t use Chrome. Hijacked by something related to the easypark web page. Why can’t I just scan my card on the parking machine instead of all this rubbish?

EasyPark quick select of ‘favourite’ (Heart) not working. On select of the ‘Heart’ icon, the list of favourites appears; however, nothing happens when you select the ‘favourite’. This was working previously. So, only way to select location, is to turn GPS location on, restart app, wait for it to ID your location and then continue with time/start. (time consuming and annoying)
