Keep getting error on Login page
I keep getting an error message page when entering my credentials and can’t log in. This happens even if I update my credentials.
Have downloaded the new version of the app and the only thing it does is open a blank white page. Even after 30 minutes. I can’t log in at all. I’ve gone to the f. I. S site online and I verified my user name and use my new. Password to log in and again the app and website BOTH does not work. It takes me to a blank page or to the page that says reset everything so I put in all my information to reset. I was sent another email that my account was locked because of the attempts I made to log in. with wrong data according to your server and again. Again I went through tje resets from your emails and nothing works. Also, again if does it take me back to a page where I need to reset all. Come on you need to fix this problem it’s ridiculous the problem is on your servers and programing.
It’s letting me log in but will not let me add my card for some reason I have already added it but I believe someone has hacked into my account not sure what to do now
I don’t it nat working
It deleted my card then signed me out and wouldn’t let me sign back in. I made a new account but now it won’t load or save my card when I try to add it.
I keep getting the same error. WiFi is working well so that is not the problem.

Wont allow me to see the amount available on my card
Won’t allow me to add my Pebt card
It keeps saying WhiteLabel error Page when I log in to ebt edge. And my EBT card is froze so because app isn’t working now I can’t use my EBT card AT ALL. I’m freaking out. Please HELP!

ebtEDGE login does not work. All info is correct, and when I push LOGIN PROBLEMS There is no response in any way from that next screen.

This became a problem after ebtedge’s web page to login changed. Sometimes if I try about 4 times in a row, I can get logged in.
