Everytime I boot up my game it just crashes after like 3 seconds I even reinstalled it but the moment I got on my old save file the same problem occured

Well I am a kid and I have been playing egg inc for about 4 years over multiple devices and I cannot purchase anything. When I try to crack open the piggy bank it just keeps on loading. I have also reinstalled and restarted the app several times but it just keeps on loading. Message me back pls ASAP.
Unable to purchase full piggy bank (or anything else). The payment appears to go through via Google, then I get a message saying that “something went wrong on our end”.
