I’ve had F1 TV since Monaco. Was able to watch the race. Came back two weeks later to watch Azerbaijan, unfortunately I had to log on, both to my Roku and and IPad. Neither woul allow me to sign in. It kept me in a loop wit cookies, and would not allow me to log on. I’m at my wits end

Just missed the whole of the Italian GP trying to fix the F1 TV Pro App… no joy on either iphone or iPad… I can’t wait till the next race… probably another wasted couple of hours! What’s really annoying is that it worked initially on first race, second was a bit of a trial and now nothing… No wonder this App only rates as 2.4 last time I looked, should have noticed that first and not purchased it! Can I get my money back do you think?

Error code BM2102. You have a terrible customer service as well as a terrible app.
AT least, you should make sure your customer service knows the errors or let them have a manual instead of guessing. One guy wasted about 30 minutes telling me to do nonsense and nothing worked to fix this issue that seems so important and that is affecting at least 60% of your users. AND yet, you have nothing to say and no apparent fix for this issue.

I paid money for access to your content so I could watch f1 on my television but you’ve designed your service not to work with mobile devices and smart tvs. This is completely unacceptable and there is no reason why I shouldn’t be able to access f1tv on my Samsung smart tv with the devices I already have. I can’t use the browser, I can’t download the app to the tv itself and AirPlay no longer works from my phone. In this day and age of technology this is absolutely pathetic. I’ll be watching formula E next year.

It is annoying to see the race in the phone just because someone decided to block the live image to be cast to my own TV.

Hi, I recently started using F1 TV pro, and today I noticed an issue with the last update, when I try to airplay the race or practice on my LG TV I get an error “code BM2101”.
When I try to mirror my screen on the tv, I have the sound, but I don’t get any image, tried screen mirroring from my phone and also laptop.
I didn’t have this problem last week in Bahrain testing, or with older races.

Will not work on Roku TV. Stopped working three days ago. My subscription is up to date, and it works on my tablet.

F1 TV not showing the main race. Main page only has the highlights for Qualifying, App on phone is working, but the issue is on PC (Chrome). It doesn’t work with other browsers either.
Watching the race is not ok, it allways stops and have to refresh and reconnect, this takes about 20 seconds and it happens every 5 or 10 minutes. I tried watching directly via webbrowser chrome, via casting from the phone and casting from the PC, nothing works. Verry frustrating to watch the race like that. My connection is good, I never have these issues and allways watch TV via internet. Please fix that, I did pay for a subrcription and get that, not acceptable at all.
