Can not update 2 childrens iPads to advanced as it keeps saying the ‘find my’ is turned on 1 which it is def not. Could it be because they share my Apple ID

Ever since november the 19th of 2022. After the 19th i updated my phone correct the ios update. After i did the ios update for my phone. I turned it back on put in my password and bam all my apps were gone. I could only use the apps that came on the phone not the ones that you look up and download. It is now February of 2023 and my phone still does not work.
The FamiSafe App isn´t loading the final konfiguration for the iPhone after initiating the FamiSafe Connect App.

Kid was able to look up porn. Not working even tho it’s set to

I downloaded on both devices and followed the steps but j am unable to log into the child account on my phone and cannot find my phone from the child app.. so now I cannot even Uninstaller to try and re do everything. Very frustrated
Jr version is probably not compatible with Android Go Version. I cannot use or uninstall the program because it keeos on asking for PIN or Password. I have not been able to pair it either.

Famisafe is so unreliable. It does not block my daughter’s phone when I click ‘instant block’, nor does it block it according to the scheduleI have set. I’ve reinstalled it FOUR times on both phones, and it will work fine for a day or so! I am not impressed. I need to trust this app and I don’t.

I don’t get frequent updates on the status of my daughters device. If they come, then only with a huge delay of like one day.
E.g. the Live-Geo-tracking is not working at all. I see a location from the previous day. Updating (finger movement doesnt work). Same holds true for all other functions… i just cannot track anything even close to live. So bad !
Everything on my kids tab is blocked, (not from on my phone) cant do anything not even disinstal!
