Staetimg the App it does not start and is stuck with blanc screen

I did not want to buy an a half subscription I wanted to try monthly but it charged me annually which I didn’t not want as I wanted to try it for a month and see if I liked it there on after. It told me I would pay monthly but it took money from me annually altogether and I’m not financially ok with paying that much for something I didn’t intent to pay for.

The ‘what time did you start?’ Doesn’t work anymore. If I start my fasting and want to change it because I started an hour earlier the timer just goes back to the time it is at that time. So I can’t change it. It is really annoying because if I started fasting at 20:00 but I start my app at 22:00 it doesn’t want to change the time to 20:00 it just goes back to 22:00 and because of that my actual time that I fast isn’t correct. I have reinstalled the app and made a new account, restarted my phone. Nothing is helping. I used that feature a lot so now since 2 days the app became unusable for me and I’m really sad about it. I was just gonna pay the premium version but now this issue is there I’m not gonna do that anymore. I hope sometime it is working again and I can start using it again.

Suddently today I opened the app to start my fast and it jsut never finishes loading the fast tab. everything else works, I tried loging off and on again and unistalling and installing and still doesnt work.
Entered user name and password, click login, no response and screen just freezes. It has been like this for almost 24h. Tried to reinstall the app, restarted the device, charging, but problems remain. It allows to change password (forgotten password), but doesn’t solve the login issue. Happened also a couple of weeks ago too.

Same problem here – buddy progress does not show up (buddy always eats), clicking on buddy shows non-stopping loading circle… Deleting buddy, adding again, logout, reinstallation, …. all did not solve the issue…
I signed up on my iPad, but I want the app on my Android. When I load the app on my phone it won’t let me sign in. Also, the app on my iPad worked yesterday for my first day of fast, but today won’t let me end the fast. It gives me an end time but when I reopen the app it shows the fast still counting up. I have two buddies. One of them I can send motivation stickers and messages to and the other buddy I can only send messages. Motivation stickers don’t even appear when I click on her picture only writing a message option.
