I am struggling to get into the App I enter my email and password and it tells me to select a territory but he union flag is already selected, I try again and go around the same path. clicick send email. get e mail and from the email get back to change password scr and go back to log in screen. fill in new password and enter sends me back to the territory screen. I select the union flg pree enter and it sends me pack to the start.
My Fire tablet was patched by Android four step files. First time everything was great. Play Store loaded no issues. Then Ford pass came up with new version and I removed Android patches. Yesterday redid patches, got Play Store, then download new version Ford Pass app. But did not lock car. Called Ford Pass and they said modem was disabled 2/23/23( see other post) Ford Pass no help 7 calls. NADA
2/23/23 @10:30 modem disabled per Ford Pass. Reload undated software on android tablet. Oil changed time stamp at dealer cashier. Was in shopping lot at 10:30Am. No answers why modem not app on tablet disabled modem. Any clues?
Since I update my iPhone I have nothing in my vehicle screen. I used to see oil, tire , gas and now nothing. After months of f*cking around with my sync 3 and this Ford pass app, I want to get rid of it. I’m done. It’s not worth the frustration anymore or the memory on my phone. I have a Ford f 150 2018 and I love my truck but I hate this app now. If there’s a fix great but if not let me know so I quit driving myself nuts.
I login and it acts like it’s going to start then just kicks me back out. It use to work.
Escape constantly drops phone connection
FordPass Securialert has started sending me alerts telling me a door or tailgate is open or has been opened even though it hasn’t and this even happens out of the alert set time.
Can’t load Ford pass

We have a picture for our 2021 Bronco Sport, but not one for our 2019 Mustang.
‘App Cookie Settings’ message comes up every time the app opens. Whether I Decline, Accept or Manage Settings the message returns immediately so that main FordPass screen cannot be seen. (On Android).

After getting new iphone, when I try to log into fordpass, I get an error message stating The URL may have been entered incorrectly, or the link may be outdated.

“Your vehicle’s software is being updated. Vehicle controls….unavailable…10 minutes…” After 2 hours & 10 minutes, the vehicle controls were still updating. The screen was frozen. Furthermore, when I login, the screen takes more than a few seconds to load. It appears that the login failed, but after hesitating for a few seconds, the “24/7” service availability screen is seen, before the previously-mentioned “updating” screen is seen. The 24/7 Ford pass service provided a 3.5 hour window of appearing. So, I called the auto club. AAA appeared within 30 minutes. I had locked the key in the car. @ the time of lease at the dealership, I had a keycode/punch code installed on the driver’s side door just in case the key was locked inside the car. Well, that key lock has not worked for months & I have made an appointment with the dealer’s service department to fix it. So, the Ford Pass app failed me & the key code lock failed me.
Ford pass is showing that I have a message but when I go to messages it is empty
Upon trying to create a login my Ford pass is telling me that there’s already a account associated with this email. I have not created an account under my own email, but when I try to reset the password and send a verification email it does not send to my email. My Ford Pass locked me out because I could not remember my password
For the last couple of months I’ve been getting an “invalid url” message when attempting to open FordPass. Contacted tech support 3 times, each time I get a different response. My dealer attempted to resolve this issue but FordPass tech support gave them bs too. The only consistent info from tech support is “this is a known problem, try it tomorrow “. If Ford can’t fix it the should admit their failure and offer a resolution.
Mine is doing same thing they try telling me it’s my new phone but my son has Exact same phone and is able to log into my account. I have spoke to AT&T about it and ford pass still no luck after 2 months
